Pam achieved her CPM designation in 2010 from the Real Estate Institute of Canada. She has managed commercial malls, industrial Automotive Plants, Medical buildings and Child care centers. In 2014 Pam achieved her RCM designation from ACMO. Pam first came to Percel in 2010 as a regional manager where she was managing the resort at Blue Mountain. She currently has a staff at the Blue Mountain office of 8 personnel consisting of property managers, admin and maintenance personnel.
